Touchstone Claims is a company created by claims professionals who realized there was a gap between the needs of the insurance companies and the service options for field assignments for collateral to be inspected. We came to realize that in order for the insurance companies to get the best service on a national level, it would be helpful to have a company that assisted with their claims processes and vendor management.
